The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a spice rack with 25+ spices and basic oils, a Cuisinart coffee maker with an exotic coffee selection, a unique hot sauce collection, and a charcuterie board with a cheese slicer. Starter supplies for toiletries, coffee, and paper goods are provided for 3–5 days. A queen air mattress and a Pack 'N Play are available upon request. Birthday or romantic surprise packages are available for an extra fee. Located just minutes from Tampa International Airport and close to Downtown Tampa, Clearwater, and St. Pete, this condo offers easy access to nearby beaches, restaurants, bars, and nightlife. The resort is on the water, with restaurants and bars within walking distance and Ben T Davis beach a short walk or drive away. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs.
