Enjoy uninterrupted ocean views perfect for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. Located inside a resort, the condo offers full access to amenities including a heated waterfront pool and BBQ grills. This condo is thoughtfully designed with a fully furnished private balcony, high-quality towels, sheets, and toiletries. Enjoy complimentary gourmet coffee and included beach gear such as chairs, towels, and a bag. The interior boasts a queen bed with luxury linens, a comfy sofa with a pull-out bed, and an electric fireplace for ambiance. Guests have access to free parking, although trailers, boats, and jet skis are prohibited. Pets are permitted with prior notice and a $100 pet fee applies. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 penalty per pet and possible reservation cancellation without refund. Guests must clean up after pets, with a $50 penalty for failure to do so. Situated in the vibrant neighborhood of Rocky Point, this condo is surrounded by hotels, condos, and a variety of restaurants and bars, making it a safe, fun, and friendly area. Many dining and entertainment options are within walking distance, and there's a small on-site convenience store for basic supplies. Check-in is at 4 PM EST and check-out is at 11 AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the condo, with a $250 penalty for violations. In case of a lockout, a fee of $125 applies, or $200 outside regular business hours. Weekday daytime noise is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations, which are beyond our control. The condo is managed by a trusted partner, available 24/7 for support. The condo offers free Wi-Fi and two Smart TVs that are streaming-ready. Guests are required to log in and out of their own accounts when accessing streaming services or smart TV apps.
