If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without any refund and charge a $250 penalty. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 penalty per pet and possible reservation cancellation without refund. The booking guest must be at least 18 years of age to check-in, and security will request an ID upon arrival. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up). In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) we reserve the right to charge a $125 fee for helping gain re-entry.
