The condo is beautifully designed with a full kitchen equipped with all cookware and utensils, a breakfast bar, and a coffee station with K-cup, French press, and electric kettle. Enjoy the complimentary cocktail bar and popcorn maker, along with luxury linens, towels, and pillows for a comfortable stay. The living area includes a 43” Roku Smart TV, a reading chair, a writer's desk with a vintage typewriter, and a telescope for stargazing. Guests have access to resort amenities, including a heated pool, outdoor fitness center, and free parking (trailers or campers not allowed). A $100 pet fee applies for service animals with prior notice and approval. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 penalty per pet and possible reservation cancellation without refund. Located in Rocky Point, the area is mostly comprised of condos and some hotels, with a few restaurants including The Pelican and the resort's bar and grill. For ocean swimming, Whiskey Joes and Ben T. Davis beach are nearby, accessible by a short walk or drive. Smoking is prohibited inside the condo, and a $250 penalty applies for any smoke damage.
