The fully stocked kitchen includes cookware, utensils, a breakfast bar with two stools, a high-top dining table for two, a Keurig coffee maker with K-Cups, a popcorn maker, and a cocktail bar with a mixology set. The full bathroom features a tub/shower combo with high-quality bath and face towels, and complimentary toiletries are provided for 3–5 days. Beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella are also included. Laundry facilities are available on the third floor. Free parking is available, but trailers, boats, and jet skis are prohibited. Emotional Support and Service Animals are permitted with prior notice and a $100 pet fee. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 penalty per pet and possible reservation cancellation without refund. Guests must clean up after pets, with a $50 penalty for failure to do so. Regular household pets are not allowed. Noise from neighbors’ projects or renovations may occur during weekday daytime hours. A digital rental agreement must be signed before arrival, and a legal ID and verification photo must be submitted. The resort amenities are managed by the resort, and their availability cannot be guaranteed. A $125 fee applies for lockouts, with a $200 fee outside regular business hours. A 4% processing fee applies to all transactions, including refunds. Weapons are not allowed without prior written approval, with a $250 penalty for violations.
