Enjoy entertainment on the 68-inch Smart TV in the living room and the 43-inch Smart TV in the bedroom, both supporting streaming services. The condo features large, sun-drenched windows with panoramic views of Tampa Bay. The fully stocked kitchen comes with cookware, utensils, and basics, a breakfast bar with two stools, a high-top dining table for two, a Keurig coffee maker with K-Cups, a popcorn maker with fresh popcorn, and a cocktail bar with a mixology set, whiskey decanter, and glasses. The full bathroom includes a tub/shower combo, high-quality bath and face towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella are also included. Laundry access is available with a 24-hour coin/card-operated guest laundry on the third floor. Free parking is available on-site, but trailers, boats, and jet skis are prohibited. Emotional Support and Service Animals are permitted with prior notice, written approval, and supporting documentation, with a $100 pet fee. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 penalty per pet and possible reservation cancellation without refund. Guests must clean up after pets, or a $50 penalty will apply. Rocky Point is right on Tampa Bay and near Downtown Tampa. The immediate neighborhood features hotels, small bars, restaurants, a rooftop bar, and brunch spots. Just around the corner is the bridge to St. Petersburg and Clearwater. Nearby is Whiskey Joes, a popular indoor and outdoor beach bar and restaurant with live music. Alongside the water is a large public beach with plenty of parking. Almost everything is within walking distance, and Uber or Lyft is readily available for trips downtown. Check-in is at 4 PM EST and check-out is at 11 AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the condo. If cleaners determine smoking has occurred, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without a refund and a $250 penalty will apply. In case of a lockout, a $125 fee will be charged for assistance, or $200 if outside regular business hours. Weekday daytime noise is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations. The resort fee covers up to $500 in damages during your stay, excluding linens, towels, and small decorative items. Guests may be liable for damages beyond $500 or those not covered by the waiver.
