Sailport permits Emotional Support and Service Animals with prior notice, written approval from the Manager, and supporting documentation provided to security upon arrival. A $100 pet fee applies. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 penalty per pet and possible reservation cancellation without refund. Guests must clean up after pets; failure to do so results in a $50 penalty. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, a $250 penalty will be charged. In case of a lockout, a fee will be charged for assistance. Noise is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations during weekday daytime hours. The resort fee covers up to $500 in damages during your stay, excluding linens, towels, and small decorative items.
