There are five different restaurants very close to the resort, public beaches, and a partnership with Instacart that enables them to quickly deliver directly to your unit. Smoking (tobacco, marijuana, or vaping) is not allowed inside. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, a $250 penalty will be charged. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up). In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries), a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250.
