Only minutes away from Tampa Airport, I-275, downtown, Ybor, The Aquarium, Zoo, Busch Gardens, and a short drive across the bridge to all of the beaches, this condo was designed and professionally decorated in 2022, making you feel right at home. It features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with a shared laundry room on site, making it great for a long-term stay or a short, fun-filled weekend. No smoking, no parties or events. Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM. Minimum rental age is 25. For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival. Hourly rates may apply for early check-in or late check-out. There is a shared laundry room available for use and it costs $1.50 per load. We are pet-friendly with a fee per pet per stay that is paid separately once a reservation is confirmed. Please check with us first for the applicable pet fee as it varies depending on breed and size. Breed restrictions apply due to insurer's policy, prohibiting Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Bull Mastiffs, Presa Canarios, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Pit Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Siberian Huskies, Wolf Dog hybrids, Belgian Malinois, American bully, Alsatian, mixed breeds linked to any of the breeds described in this schedule, and any trained attack or fighting dog.
