Pets are welcome with a fee of $60 per pet per stay, with a weight limit of 35lbs. We ask that pets be house-trained, recently groomed, and up to date on flea and tick medicines. Please crate pets when away, keep them leashed in common areas, and pick up after them. North Hyde Park is one of the oldest and most desirable neighborhoods in Tampa. Known for its urban charm, it is close to theaters, event spaces, theme parks, beaches, malls, and universities. With a central location, Uber and Lyft are great options for getting around, with fares generally around $6-10. The apartment is centrally located, just 4 minutes to Downtown Tampa, 5 minutes to Port of Tampa Cruise Ship Terminals, 8 minutes to Tampa International Airport, 9 minutes to Raymond James Stadium, 10 minutes to Tampa Hard Rock Casino, 15 minutes to the University of South Florida, 25 minutes to Downtown St. Pete, 25 minutes to St. Pete Beach, 35 minutes to Clearwater Beach, and 65 minutes to Disney World. This apartment is a 100% smoke-free home, excluding outdoor areas. Check-in is anytime after 4 PM, and check-out is no later than 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged if our schedule permits, but fees may apply. Quiet hours are from 8 PM to 8 AM, and a gentle reminder will be given for a first offense. A $250 minimum charge will be applied for any emergency plumbing service call. Pets or guests that own pets have stayed on the property, so pet hair or dander may still be present even after cleanings. Please lock all doors and windows before leaving, as you will be held responsible for any missing items. Violation of house rules may result in removal from the home without a refund.
