Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed, and violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM–8 AM on weekends. Penalties for noise curfew violation are a complimentary warning for the first violation, a $100 fine for the second violation, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third violation. This is a residential building, and staff is for tenants, not short-term guests.
