There is an application fee of $30 per each adult over 18 years old that will be residing in the home. You must have income of close to 3 times the amount of the rent. We will ask for a minimal of one month of paystubs to verify the income. To move in you will be required to pay first month rent plus security deposit which will be a minimum of one month of rent.
