The pet weight limit is 35 lbs, and no Pitbulls are allowed. All pets must be housetrained and must not be left alone in the apartment. There is a $100 fee per unregistered pet. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 pm–7 am (weekdays) and 10 pm–8 am (weekends).
