Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM–8 AM on weekends; penalties for violation include a complimentary warning for the first violation, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. Only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. There is a $100 fee for a missing keyfob. Pet weight limit is 35 lbs, no Pitbulls are allowed, all pets must be housetrained, and pets must not be left alone in the apartment by themselves.
