847 W Georgia St Townhouse

This is a duplex on the corner of woodward ave & west georgia street, about a block closer to campus than UClub. It is unit 2. Move out date is July 31st, but i will be gone the first week in May so May's rent will already be covered. You just need to pay June & July. Utilities are separate but i will give you the information for who to send that to once everything is set up. Contact me ASAP so i can let my lease manager know as you will be taking over the remainder of my lease! The house is a 4x4 but my roommates will be coming and going throughout the summer. It is NOT furnished so everything you see in the pictures with the exception of the toilet, sink, shower, washer/dryer, and kitchen appliances will not be there. Super cost-worthy & close to campus! There is a lot in front of the house for parking which is free but you will need to contact the lease manager to get a pass once you are set up.
