After August 1, 2023, I'll be doing a 12 month lease. Condo Neighborhood is called "RENEGADE" and they are directly across from Doak Campbell Stadium. It's a gated community with your own private parking spot and on-site Property Manager. There is a pool, BBQ and other nice amenities to make it a quiet, safe area to live while being a student at FSU. The renovation included flooring, painting, kitchen plumbing, and aesthetic touch ups. Rent is $995 and this does already include the $190/month HOA fees and everything else so all you pay extra is WiFi/Cable and electricity. Of note, I'm a '91 grad living in Atlanta with a son currently attending FSU. He's living with someone else near campus so this unit will be available as noted.
