Starter toiletries. Bedrooms have additional drum fan & or ceiling fan & extra heater (there also is central heat and a/c). Shared space listing. Shed storage available. We will send you a copy of the lease & hold harmless waiver that will be signed ahead of time for you to review. We require a copy of guest driver's license/I.D. & insurance of any auto parked on property (must extend liability coverage - most do). If using street parking, then insurance is not necessary. There is street parking outside of driveway. You are welcome to book through AIRBNB at higher rate which provides liability coverage for you and any guest listed on the reservation so If you are going to have any visitors during your stay, they will need to be on the reservation or sign my waiver. If booking through AIRBNB we do not require a deposit. Leases can be for a week up to 6 months (rates will vary depending on length of stay) If you plan on having anyone visit for a night or two, please make the reservation for that many guest. Each room will accommodate 2 people (rates vary on number of guest).
