How it may affect your stay: • During the construction hours from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, the noise level is expected to be higher than usual given the nature of the work being carried out. • The pool is estimated to be closed approximately from June to October 2025, but the La Perla association has an agreement with the New Port Beach Hotel, located right next to our building, to provide access to the hotel swimming pool, jacuzzi, and tiki bar to La Perla residents. • At some point during the restoration project, balconies will be closed for safety reasons until it is safe to reopen them. The exact time of closure is unknown at this time and is subject to change due to weather and unforeseen conditions. ====• We understand that this may cause some inconvenience to you.
