The kitchen is gorgeous and has everything you'll need to prepare and share cocktails and meals, including a double oven! With stainless appliances and granite counter tops, your inner gourmet chef will feel at home here. The water views don't end there, step down into the large family room to relax and enjoy the large flat screen tv while looking out over the pool and intra coastal waterway! You'll notice expansive waterfront views from all rear windows in the home! There is a laundry room and large bathroom with full shower off the family room. Step outside and enjoy the waterfront pool and patio. There's a gas grille and outdoor seating for lounging and for dining al fresco in the Florida sunshine! Fish from the dock for a fresh catch of the day! Upstairs you will find plenty of space in all 4 bedrooms, and a large bathroom off the hallway. The primary bedroom features a king bed and en-suite bath. Queen beds are found in 2 of the additional bedrooms, and the 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds and even a crib! All are tastefully decorated to provide a relaxing space, and good night's sleep. You'll have garage parking for 2, and additional parking for 2 in the driveway.
