Our community welcomes 2 pets per apartment home. There is a non-refundable one-time pet fee for dogs is $400 for the first pet and $200 for the second pet. one-time pet fee for cats is $400 and $200 for the second pet. Pet rent is $25.00 per month, per pet. There is a 75-pound weight limit per pet and aggressive breeds are prohibited. Please call our Leasing Office for complete Pet Policy information.
