There's an office space or reading nook with amazing natural sunlight and a door for quiet during calls, a full kitchen stocked with everything you need for meals at home, a master suite with a queen bed and full bathroom with shower, and a washer/dryer combination machine. The second floor features a spacious suite with a king bed, sitting room, and full bathroom with a soaking tub. Tucked behind the main home is a charming cottage with a living room featuring family games, a queen bed, a full bathroom with shower, and an outdoor dining area with an umbrella. Additional perks include a beautiful lot with shady trees and tons of privacy, and it's just around the corner from the local favorite sandwich shop, Drakes Deli, serving breakfast and lunch. A $100 nonrefundable pet fee will be included for accommodating one dog under 50 lbs, provided the dog is up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained. Once in the city center, many of St. Augustine's shops, restaurants, art galleries, and attractions sit within the historic city center, making it easy to get around on foot. The Old Town Trolley Tours offer a fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off trolley service that offers stops throughout St. Augustine. Quiet hours are enforced between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. per St. Johns County ordinance. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay, and the minimum age to book is 21. No parties are allowed, including bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gatherings. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by the hosts prior to their arrival. A security camera is actively recording at the front door of the home. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to the camera may result in the reservation being canceled and guests being requested to vacate the premises. No vaping or smoking is allowed on the property, including the front porch, and if evidence of smoking is found, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. Late check-outs and early check-ins are subject to additional fees, and door codes do not activate until the set check-in time. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. Pets are allowed with restrictions, and guests are responsible for any damages caused by pets during their stay. Additional charges will apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of. No illegal drugs, including marijuana, are allowed, and no underage drinking is permitted. The home is not child-proofed, so parents with younger children use the home at their own risk. Checkout procedures must be completed as written and posted in the house, and any excessive mess will result in additional cleaning fees.
