The main home features a spacious living room with a cozy sectional, a large smart TV, and an electric fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for in-home meals. The master ensuite includes a king-size bed, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, a dresser, a smart TV, and a large walk-in closet. The second floor offers a second living space with a couch and smart TV, and additional bedrooms with queen beds and a full bed with a twin trundle. The outdoor patio boasts a heated pool with a waterfall feature, pool chairs set up on the sun shelf, cozy loungers, and a conversation set with large umbrellas for shade. The guest suite includes a fully stocked kitchen, a dining set for four, a queen bed, a smart TV, a dresser, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $100 per stay for one dog under 50 lbs. The dog must be up to date on vaccinations, have flea treatment, and be potty trained. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by the pet during their stay. Additional charges will apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of, with a fee of $50 per pile. The Palmetto boat ramp is just a few blocks away, providing access to the Matanzas River. Historic downtown St. Augustine is a short 15-minute drive, offering a variety of attractions and dining options. Quiet hours are enforced from 10pm to 8am per St. Johns County ordinance. The primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay, and any guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during quiet hours. Security cameras are present around the home, and any attempt to remove, cover, or disconnect them will result in immediate removal from the property. A $50/hr fee applies for late check-outs. No vaping or smoking is allowed on the property, including the front porch, and evidence of smoking will incur an additional cleaning fee. The garage is not available for guest use.
