The living area includes a large couch for everyone to cozy up and watch their favorite show. The bedrooms include a luxurious king-size bed in the master with a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom, two guest bedrooms with queen beds, and a third guest bedroom with a built-in bunk bed and twin trundle, including an en-suite bathroom. A third full bathroom is located across the hall from the queen bedrooms with access to the pool deck. The property includes free parking with your stay. St. Augustine is the nation’s most historic city and one of its most charming. Experience old-world charm, flavorful dining, art and culture, and an abundance of entertainment. From the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument to the Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum, there is something for all ages. This top location is in Vilano Beach and is only a short 5-10 minute drive into the St. Augustine city center with its abundance of restaurants, bars, and boutique shopping. The best way to get around is with your own car or a rental with free parking included. Rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or taxis are also available. Once in the city center, many attractions are within walking distance. The Old Town Trolley Tours offer a hop-on, hop-off service with stops throughout St. Augustine. Quiet hours are enforced between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. per St. Johns County ordinance. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. No parties are allowed, and any guests outside of the reservation must be approved by the hosts prior to arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera at the back. No pets are allowed, and no smoking or vaping is permitted on the property, including the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. Late check-outs and early check-ins are subject to a $50 per hour fee. A laptop computer is not included.
