Two guest bedrooms offer comfy queen memory foam beds, and the first full bathroom features a shower/tub combination with fluffy white towels. For guests with pets, one dog under 50 lbs is permitted per stay, with a $100 non-refundable pet fee. The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained. Additional charges apply if dog waste is not properly disposed of, at $50 per pile. This peaceful cottage is nestled in the historic West King district, known for its charm and history. Quiet hours are enforced from 10pm to 8am per St. Johns County ordinance. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present for the duration of the stay. No parties or large group gatherings are allowed, and any guests outside of the reservation must be approved prior to arrival. A security camera is installed at the front door, and tampering with it may result in cancellation of the reservation. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property, and evidence of smoking will incur an additional cleaning fee. Late check-outs and early check-ins require prior approval and may incur additional fees.
