The second floor, which serves as the main entrance, features a beautiful, modern kitchen with bar top seating and is fully equipped with a full set of pots and pans, plates, bowls, glasses, silverware, and a drip coffee maker. The open and airy sitting room is perfect for relaxing and conversing with your group, while the dining room, connected between the kitchen and sitting room, offers seating for six. The guest bedroom is spacious with a queen bed, dresser, and closet, and connects to a full bathroom with a shower-tub combination. The master ensuite is beautifully furnished with a king bed, desk, and dresser, along with a full bathroom. The living room is spacious with leather couches, and a beautiful chest pulls out to a full murphy bed to accommodate two additional guests. A private office space with a built-in desk and a laundry room with a washer and dryer complete the second floor. The first floor features an outdoor oasis that includes a pool with loungers and umbrellas, a large outdoor kitchen with a grill and sink, a fire pit, a covered patio with a conversation set, and a dining set, along with a half bath. The property is dog-friendly, accommodating one dog under 50 lbs. The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained or kenneled. A $100 nonrefundable pet fee will be included, and guests are responsible for any damages the pet may cause during their stay. Additional charges will apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of, with a $50 charge per pile. The home is ideally located less than 1 mile from downtown and 3 miles from St. Augustine Beach, allowing you to explore the best of the area with ease. Quiet hours are enforced between 10 pm and 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. The number of guests must be updated to the correct amount, and any additional guests must be approved by the hosts prior to their arrival. No parties are allowed, and any guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during quiet hours. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. Any attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to the camera may result in the reservation being canceled and guests being requested to vacate the premises. No vaping or smoking is allowed on the property, including the front porch, and this is strictly enforced. If evidence of smoking is found, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. Late check-outs and early check-ins are not allowed without prior approval, and guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. The home is not child-proofed, so parents with younger children use the home at their own risk. Checkout procedures must be completed as written, and any excessive mess will result in additional cleaning fees.
