Uber and Lyft are also popular in the area for quick rides. Quiet hours are enforced between 10pm and 8am per St. Johns County ordinance. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. No parties are allowed, and any guests outside of the reservation must be approved by the hosts prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. Any attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests being requested to vacate the premises. No pets are allowed on the property at any time, and no smoking or vaping is allowed on the property, including the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. Late check-outs and early check-ins are not allowed without prior approval, and guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour.
