Spacious bedroom closets with hanging shelves and hangers ensure you can feel at home. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink on the private back porch with seating for everyone, or relax inside with local channels and Netflix available on the flat-screen TV. The condo is stocked with all the essentials, making packing easier for you. The stay includes 2 assigned parking spots, one of which is covered. The Island Suite is perfectly located in town, just a 15-20 minute walk into the downtown district and only a couple of miles away from the nearest public beach. With everything you'll want to see just minutes away, walking or biking is recommended to explore the town. If you can't bring your own, there are plenty of rentals in town, including Drifters, a local company that delivers bikes directly to your doorstep. Uber and Lyft are also popular in the area for quick rides. Quiet hours are enforced between 10pm and 8am per St. Johns County ordinance. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. No parties are allowed, and any guests outside of the reservation must be approved by the hosts prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. Any attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests being requested to vacate the premises. No pets are allowed on the property at any time, and no smoking or vaping is allowed on the property, including the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. Late check-outs and early check-ins are not allowed without prior approval, and guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited, as is underage drinking. The home is not child-proofed, so parents with younger children use the home at their own risk. Checkout procedures must be completed as posted in the house, and any excessive mess will result in additional cleaning fees.
