The city is very walkable, and options like Uber, Lyft, or the Trolley are available for getting around. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM as per St. Johns County ordinance. The minimum age to book is 21, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. No parties are allowed, and any guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during quiet hours. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. Late check-outs and early check-ins require prior approval, and guests staying past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property, including the front porch, and violations will incur an additional cleaning fee. The home is not child-proofed, so parents with younger children use the home at their own risk.
