Tastefully decorated and fully equipped for short-term or long-term stays, this home features a king bed in the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in shower, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and two twin beds in the third bedroom. A guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo is also available. This home is pet-friendly for one dog under 50 lbs with a $100 non-refundable pet fee. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by the pet during their stay and additional charges will apply if dog feces is not properly disposed of. The Peaceful Puffin is situated in the West King district, known for its history and charm. Nearby, you'll find popular local spots like Buena Onda, the Cheese Wheel, and Bog Brewery. Downtown St. Augustine is just a short 3-5 minute drive or quick bike ride away, while Vilano Beach is only a 10-minute drive. The minimum age to book is 21, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. No parties are allowed, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. No vaping or smoking is allowed on the property, including the front porch, and violations will result in an additional cleaning fee. Late check-outs and early check-ins are subject to a $50/hr fee if not approved in advance. Pets must be up to date on vaccinations and potty trained. A $50 fee per pile will be charged if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of. A laptop computer is not included.
