Smart TVs with Roku devices are also provided. Free parking is available with an attached one-car garage and a large circular driveway that can accommodate up to three cars. The home has two active security cameras installed, one at the front door and one on the north side of the home. Quiet hours are enforced from 10pm to 8am per St. Johns County ordinance. No parties are allowed, and any guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during quiet hours. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property, including the front porch, and any evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Late check-outs and early check-ins are subject to a $50 per hour fee. The home is not child-proofed, and parents with younger children use the home at their own risk.
