For beach lovers, Anastasia State Park is just 1 mile away, offering pristine sandy shores and crystal-clear waters. This dog-friendly house offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. From cozy beds and a fully equipped kitchen to adult bikes for exploring the area, you'll have everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony with a view of the marsh, or grill up a delicious meal on the patio while taking in the serene surroundings. We can accommodate 1 dog under 30 lbs at the home. The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained and kenneled. A $100 nonrefundable pet fee will be included and guests are responsible for any damages the pet may cause during their stay. Additional charges will apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of ($50 per pile). Whether you're looking to relax on the beach, explore historic sites, or simply unwind in a peaceful setting, this house is the perfect choice for your Saint Augustine getaway. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. The minimum age to book is 25 and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. No parties are allowed, including bachelor or bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. No vaping or smoking is allowed on the property, including the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. Late check-outs and early check-ins are not permitted without prior approval and will incur an additional fee of $100 per hour. Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. Parents with younger children use the home at their own risk as it is not child-proofed.
