The chef-friendly kitchen is fully equipped with quality stainless steel appliances, including a fridge/freezer, oven and cooktop, microwave, and coffee maker. Sit at the breakfast bar with seating for four, or explore nearby restaurants and cafes if you don’t feel like cooking. The bedroom features a super comfortable Casper queen bed with soft, quality linen, a small closet, and a second wall-mounted smart TV. The modern bathroom includes a full-size bath, overhead shower, and large vanity with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and fluffy towels supplied. Enjoy your mornings on the front patio with coffee and snacks, then take a short walk to the beach with provided beach gear. One dog under 50 lbs is permitted for each stay with a $100 non-refundable pet fee. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by the pet, and additional charges apply if dog feces is not properly disposed of ($50 per pile). Deja Blue is located just one block from the beautiful St. Augustine beach on Anastasia Island and is only a 7-minute drive to historic Downtown St. Augustine. Quiet hours are enforced between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. per St. Johns County ordinance. The primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay, and no parties are allowed. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. A security camera is installed at the front of the home, and tampering with it may result in reservation cancellation. Late check-outs and early check-ins require prior approval and may incur additional fees. The home is not child-proofed, and parents with young children use the home at their own risk.
