The master bedroom features a luxuriously large king bed, an additional TV, and a dresser for you to unpack and make yourself at home. The second bedroom includes another king bed and a third TV, giving everyone their own space to unwind and recharge. The central bathroom offers a stylish walk-in shower and a vanity stocked with essentials and plenty of soft, fluffy towels. Step out onto the covered back patio to enjoy the cool ocean breeze with a lovely sitting area, perfect for a freshly brewed cup of coffee each morning from your own Keurig coffee machine. The yard and pool are shared with the neighboring suites. The best way to get around St. Augustine is with your own car or a rental, with free parking included with your stay and plenty of off-street parking. Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi. Once in the city center, many of St. Augustine's shops, restaurants, art galleries, and attractions sit within the historic city center, making it easy to get around on foot. The Old Town Trolley Tours offer a fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off trolley service that stops throughout St. Augustine. The trolley makes 23 stops at or near popular destinations and departs every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., costing around $25 per adult and $10 for kids, including three days of unlimited rides and complimentary admission to the St. Augustine History Museum. Paradise Palms is located just one block from the white sandy beach on the stunning Anastasia Island. The Island shares the rich and varied history that St. Augustine and its historic district hold. There are many attractions, shops, and restaurants with a laid-back, breezy vibe, providing an ideal escape from the crowds of the St. Augustine downtown area. A trademark of Anastasia Island is the St. Augustine Lighthouse and Marine Museum, an educational museum where you can view exhibits in the keeper’s house and other historic structures, walk the picturesque grounds, and climb the 219 steps to the top of the lighthouse for spectacular views. Visit the picturesque Anastasia State Park, featuring four miles of white quartz sand beaches with plenty of activities, including bird watching, biking, swimming, fishing, and surfing. The pool is a shared amenity with three other Paradise Palms units, and separate rules apply, which are posted in the unit. The home has two active security cameras, one installed at the front of the home facing the parking area and the other facing the pool and full pool deck area. No private areas can be seen, and there are no other cameras inside or outside the home. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property, including the front porch, and this is strictly enforced. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Late check-outs and early check-ins are not permitted without prior approval, and guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to the security camera may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning upon check-in. The home is not child-proofed, and parents with younger children use the home at their own risk.
