Before becoming a full-time REALTOR® in 2014, he built a successful background in the mortgage and title industries while also owning and developing residential and commercial properties.
After earning his Florida Real Estate Broker License in 2018, Keith and his wife, Tina, founded Coastal Home Advisors Real Estate in 2019 with a vision of providing exceptional service through innovation, integrity, and personalized guidance.

Tina Slater, REALTOR®
A Florida resident since 1976, Tina Slater has been passionate about real estate for decades, earning her Florida Real Estate License in 1993 after studying International Business and Marketing. Throughout her career, she has built expertise in marketing, advertising, contract negotiation, and client relations, earning recognition for her innovative approach and professional achievements.
As co-owner of Coastal Home Advisors Real Estate, Tina combines strategic marketing with in-depth market knowledge to help buyers, sellers, and investors make informed real estate decisions.
