This home is for rent as a vacation or short term rental. There is $300 pet fee and a $300 cleaning fee. For stays 3 months or less is $1500 if longer than three months it is $2000. GARAGE is used for storage but the home has a huge parking pad that can fit up to 4 cars easily. NO SMOKING INSIDE HOME. Utilities included up to $300. Overages will be covered by the guest.
