Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood with shopping and restaurants nearby, this getaway oasis offers easy access to St. Pete Beach (1.4 miles), Albert Whitted Airport (6 miles), and Splash Harbour Water Park (12 miles). Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. No glass is allowed by the pool. The maximum occupancy is 7 guests. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to three standard-size cars can park in the driveway. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle.
