It's fenced with gated entrances. it has a gazebo, outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill within it. Free off-street parking is available at the property. Laundry room on-site with coin-op machines. All pets must be approved prior to leasing ( a requirement of our insurance carrier) Pet Policy large dogs or aggressive breeds are not permitted. Breeds including Pit Bull, Cane Corso, Rottweiler, Chow Chow, German Shepard, Siberian Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario Bulldog, Great Dane, Boxer, Akita, Wolf Hybrid, or any breed mixed with one of those listed here.Insurance carrier approval is required for all pets, 2 pet max Pets are welcome! There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $200 per pet. No annual leases offered. These are month -to-month rentals .
