The first floor features a cozy living room with a big screen smart TV, an open kitchen and dining space fully stocked for in-home meals, a bedroom with two twin bunk beds, bean bag seating, and a TV, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. A washer and dryer are also available. On the second floor, you'll find a bedroom with a twin daybed and trundle, a dresser, and a smart TV, another bedroom with a queen bed, closet, dresser, and smart TV, and a spacious master bedroom with a king bed, daybed with trundle, closet, dresser, and smart TV. The master bedroom includes an attached full en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Outdoors, enjoy the heated pool and a propane grill for BBQ by the water. This home is pet-friendly for one dog under 50 lbs, with a $100 non-refundable pet fee. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by the pet during their stay. Additional charges apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of, with a fee of $50 per pile. This property is ideally located just a few minutes walk from the beach, offering direct access from the street. It's also less than a 10-minute drive to the St. Augustine historic district, making it easy to explore the area's rich history and attractions. Quiet hours are enforced between 10pm and 8am per St. Johns County ordinance. The primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay, and the minimum age to book is 25. No parties are allowed, including bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, or any large group gatherings. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. Tampering with the camera or internet may result in reservation cancellation. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property, including the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. Late check-outs and early check-ins require prior approval, with a fee of $50 per hour for late check-outs. A laptop computer is not included.
