The apartment features a cozy living room with a big screen smart TV and an open kitchen and dining space, fully stocked for in-home meals. A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience. Enjoy the private pool and a propane grill for BBQ by the water. Pool heat is available for an additional fee of $25 per day. Pet friendly for 1 dog under 50 lbs with a nonrefundable pet fee of $100. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk to the beach, with direct access from the street, and less than a 10-minute drive to St. Augustine historic district. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee. This home is not suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door of the home, and an attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from where you found it upon check-in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning in which you found it upon check-in. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50/hr. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch, and if evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited, as is underage drinking. Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage caused by themselves or guests during their stay. While we allow children, the home is not child-proofed, and parents with younger children use the home at their own risk. If dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of (bagged and placed in outside trash bin), additional charges will apply ($50 per pile). [SI]
