It's also a 5-minute walk to the lighthouse, Alligator Farm, restaurants, and bars. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay and must be at least 21. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, an additional fee may be charged. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival and must vacate the property during quiet hours.
