Each of the two bedrooms includes a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, as well as a smart TV with Netflix. Pool heat is available for an additional fee of $25 per day and parking is available for 3 cars. Located a short drive from many attractions, this home is a 2-minute drive (or 20-minute walk) to historic downtown St. Augustine and a 2-minute drive to the beach at Anastasia State Park. It's also a 5-minute walk to the lighthouse, Alligator Farm, restaurants, and bars. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. The minimum age to book is 21, and the primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, an additional fee may be charged. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival and must vacate the property during quiet hours. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door, and any attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to the camera may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from where you found it upon check-in, and outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning. No vaping or smoking is allowed on the property, including the front porch; if evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
