Fairway Villas at Bardmoor Neighborhood

Situated on two of the most popular golf courses in the Tampa-St. Petersburg area, the Fairway Villas at Bardmoor may just seem like a fun place to play. However the area has great schools, shopping, and parks.

Starkey Elementary School is a five-star, award-winning school located less than two miles away from the Fairway Villas at Bardmoor. The high school and middle school are also less than two miles away. Osceola Middle School educates children from grades six through eight. Pinellas Park High School has a variety of programs, including the Criminal Justice Academy.

Bardmoor Golf and Tennis Club is less than a mile away. The club, which was renovated in 2008, also has a pool. The Bayou Club also has a swim and tennis facility, along with excellent greens.

There is more than golf to do near the Fairway Villas at Bardmoor. Lake Seminole Park is just two miles away. The 250-acre park has a two-mile multi-purpose trail that can be used for jogging or biking. A wildlife sanctuary, joggers and riders can expect to see a variety of Florida wildlife. There are also volleyball and softball fields.

While Tampa is only a half hour away, you don’t have to drive into the city to shop. Two of the area’s most popular shopping destinations are about a mile away from the Fairway Villas at Bardmoor. The Home Shopping Network Retail Outlet lets buyers purchase all their favorite items they’ve seen on television at a discounted price. The Wagon Wheel Flea Market attracts buyers and sellers from across the region. You’ll find a Publix Supermarket less than a mile from Fairway Villas at Bardmoor.
