No parties or events are allowed, with fines ranging from $200 to $500 for violations. The minimum age requirement for check-in is 22 years, and from March 1st to May 1st, it is 25 years. A State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is required. Beach towels are not provided.
