Home has been totally remodeled. New kitchen cabinets,new countertops,new appliances,light blinds,paint,door locks. It is like brand new. NEW FLOORING IS GOING IN SEPT 10-15. We take pride in out rentals and want a tenant who will mow the yard and take care of the place. We replace most of the items so you don't have to keep calling to get stuff fix. Our product is better than most as everything is pretty much new. We don't expect perfect credit. We look at job history. We actually would consider a "RENT TO OWN" also. Down side,if you have eviction in last 3-5 years that is frowned upon.
