Pets are welcome with a fee of $99 per stay, with a maximum of 2 pets. Additional fees are incurred for damages, not picking up after pets in the yard, pets on furniture or beds, and pets not allowed to be left alone unless crated. The apartment is tucked away from the street in a peaceful area with large oak trees. It is located away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but still centrally located for incredible beaches, shopping, and restaurants. It is 1 minute to Osceola Municipal Golf Course, 11 minutes to Navy Point Beach, 24 minutes to the main Pensacola Beach, 19 minutes to Naval Air Station and National Naval Aviation Museum, 5 minutes to Pensacola Shopping Plaza, 7 minutes to Corry Field Shopping Mall, 45 minutes to Fort Pickens, and 37 minutes to Gulf Breeze Zoo. Uber and Lyft operate in the area, and once in downtown it is very walkable. There is a small private school next door, and you may hear children playing during school hours. You’re welcome to smoke outside the property in designated outdoor areas, and additional fees for smoking are $250. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Additional fees for smoking are $250, and for glitter or confetti, it's $200. If additional guests are brought beyond the original reservation total and the host is not notified, the booking will be canceled immediately with no refund and guests will be required to leave the property. Any additional guests over the amount specified in the reservation (or pre-approved by the hosts) will result in a $75 fee per person. Failing to vacate the property by the posted/agreed upon checkout time will result in a $60 per hour (pro rated) late checkout fee. Forgotten personal items may be shipped within one week of discovery, and the guest is responsible for the cost of shipping plus a $30 fee.
