The home is located away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but is still centrally located for incredible beaches, shopping, and restaurants. It is a short drive to the main Pensacola Beach. Uber and Lyft operate in the area, and once in downtown, it is very walkable. It is 11 minutes to Navy Point Beach, 24 minutes to the main Pensacola Beach, 19 minutes to Naval Air Station and the National Naval Aviation Museum, 5 minutes to Pensacola Shopping Plaza, 7 minutes to Corry Field Shopping Mall, 45 minutes to Fort Pickens, and 37 minutes to Gulf Breeze Zoo. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Additional fees apply for smoking ($250), vomit/bodily fluid or waste ($250), illegal drug paraphernalia ($250), glitter or confetti ($200), unauthorized pets ($200), dirty dishes ($50), and missing towels ($20 per towel). Any unregistered pet will incur a minimum $250 emergency cleaning and sanitation fee, covering deep cleaning, allergy treatment, odor removal, and extra turnover time. If additional guests are brought beyond the original reservation total and the host is not notified, the booking will be canceled immediately with no refund, and guests will be required to leave the property. Any additional guests over the amount specified in the reservation (or pre-approved by the hosts) will result in a $75 fee per person.
