Forgotten personal items may be shipped within one week of discovery; the guest is responsible for the cost of shipping plus a $30 fee and will only be shipped domestically. It's a short drive to Pensacola Beach, 11 minutes to Navy Point Beach, 19 minutes to Naval Air Station and the National Naval Aviation Museum, 5 minutes to Pensacola Shopping Plaza, 7 minutes to Corry Field Shopping Mall, 45 minutes to Fort Pickens, and 37 minutes to Gulf Breeze Zoo. Uber and Lyft operate in the area, and downtown is very walkable. There is a small private school next door, so you may hear children playing during school hours. Quiet hours must be maintained between 10 pm and 8 am. Parking is limited to two vehicles. Additional cleaning fees will apply for drug paraphernalia ($300), bodily fluid or waste ($300), glitter or confetti ($250), smoking ($250), unauthorized pets ($250), and unwashed dishes ($50). Dogs are not allowed on the furniture. If additional guests are brought beyond the original reservation guest total and the host is not notified, the booking will be canceled immediately with no refund and guests will be required to leave the property. Any additional guests over the amount specified in the reservation (or pre-approved by the hosts) will result in a $75 fee per person.
