Amenities include a full-sized pool, BBQ grill, smart TV, and an outdoor fire pit. The home is located away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but is still centrally located for incredible beaches, shopping, and restaurants. It is a short drive to the main Pensacola Beach. Downtown Pensacola is 15 minutes away, Perdido Beach is 30 minutes away, and the Naval Aviation Museum is 25 minutes away. The city is full of friendly people and has a small-town feel, with events and attractions to enjoy. Pensacola is located along the Gulf of Mexico with miles of white sand beaches. Smoking is permitted outside the property in designated outdoor areas, and guests are asked to clean up afterward and properly dispose of cigarette butts. Quiet hours must be maintained between 10 pm and 8 am. Parking is limited to four vehicles. Additional cleaning fees will apply for drug paraphernalia ($300), bodily fluid or waste ($300), glitter or confetti ($250), smoking ($250), unauthorized pets ($250), broken glass/food in the hot tub ($250), and unwashed dishes ($50). Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or in the pool. Pets must be disclosed before arrival and listed on the reservation. Any unregistered pet will incur a minimum $250 emergency cleaning and sanitation fee, covering deep cleaning, allergy treatment, odor removal, and extra turnover time. If additional guests are brought beyond the original reservation guest total and the host is not notified, the booking will be canceled immediately with no refund, and guests will be required to leave the property.
