Additional fees will be assessed for vomit/bodily fluid or waste ($250), broken glass/food in the hot tub ($250), illegal drug paraphernalia ($250), glitter or confetti ($200), dirty dishes ($50), and missing towels ($20 per towel). A maximum of one vehicle is permitted; no street parking is available. Pets are not allowed. Any unregistered pet will incur a minimum $250 emergency cleaning and sanitation fee, covering deep cleaning, allergy treatment, odor removal, and extra turnover time. If additional guests are brought beyond the original reservation guest total without notifying the host, the booking will be canceled immediately with no refund, and guests will be required to leave the property. Any additional guests over the amount specified in the reservation (or pre-approved by the hosts) will result in a $75 fee per person. Failing to vacate the property by the posted/agreed upon checkout time will result in a $60 per hour (pro rated) late checkout fee. There is another unit on this property.
