Located in the 32803 zip code, Lake Underhill is bordered on the north by the East-West Expressway (408), on the south by Clemwood Drive, on the west by South Crystal Lake Drive, and on the east by South Conway Road. Residents have quick access to downtown (less than 10 minutes), and the University of Central Florida (less than 25 minutes), via Route 408.

Festival Park, a gathering point for residents who live near the Orlando Executive Airport, hosts numerous ethnic and musical festivals, and it has amenities such as beach-style volleyball courts and a skateboard park.
For shopping, residents gravitate to the Orlando Fashion Square Mall, Colonial Plaza, and Colonial Town Center complexes, which are less than a five-minute drive from the Lake Underhill area.
