Our mid-century modern community of only 60 rental condos is located within walking distance to Baldwin Park. Our property line actually borders the Baldwin Park property line. Our rental prices are hundreds of dollars per month lower than the other communities located nearby. Because our community was made up of condos, the finishes inside each of them are different.
