The second bedroom has two full-size beds and a 20" TV. The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa, a large TV, and access to the private balcony. There is also a dining area with seating for 6 and a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size fridge with ice maker, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, flatware, cookware, a coffee maker, and an in-suite washer/dryer. Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi and individually controlled A/C and heat. A "Pack 'N Play Crib" and a highchair are available for $40 each (one-time fee). There is free parking available, limited to two vehicles per suite. The condo is minutes away from Disney World's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios. It is conveniently located near a great selection of restaurants, shopping spots, and entertainment. Nearby attractions include Camping World Stadium, Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, Amway Center, Orlando Science Center, Lake Eola Park, CFE Arena, Mennello Museum of American Art, Festival Park, Bob Carr Theatre, Cranes Roost Park, Lake Louisa State Park, Orlando City Stadium, Audubon Park Garden District, Orlando Watersports Complex, Formosa Gardens Event Center, Gaston Edwards Park, Lakeridge Winery, and The Florida Mall. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the home, and you will be charged a $150 fine.
