This condo is equipped with smart TVs in the living room and all bedrooms, air conditioning, ceiling fans throughout, a closet with a luggage rack, hangers, a safe, a portable crib, an ironing board, an iron, and extra pillows and blankets. The full kitchen includes a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, air fryer, blender, mixer, cookware, dishware, silverware, and spices. There is also in-unit laundry available for guest use. Enjoy the resort amenities, which feature a heated lagoon-style pool, pirate-ship water slides, a spa, a game room, a fitness center, on-site dining, and a poolside bar and grill. A resort fee of $24/day is due at check-in. The resort is located in a family-friendly area with easy access to Orlando’s theme parks, shopping centers, and entertainment districts. While the resort offers shuttles to major theme parks, a car is recommended for visiting restaurants, outlet malls, and other Orlando attractions not on the shuttle route. Pets are not allowed. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. The booking guest must be at least 23 years of age to check-in, and security will request an ID upon arrival. Check-in time is 4 pm EST and checkout time is 11 am EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up). Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property, and a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250.
