While the resort offers shuttles to major theme parks, a car is recommended for visiting restaurants, outlet malls, and other Orlando attractions not on the shuttle route. It is only 5 minutes, or 3 miles, to Disney. Weekday daytime noise may occur due to neighbors’ projects or renovations and other activities, which are unpredictable and beyond our control. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. Guests must book at least 2 days in advance of check-in. The booking guest must be at least 23 years of age to check-in, and security will request an ID upon arrival. Check-in time is 4 pm EST and checkout time is 11 am EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes. Pets are not allowed. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside, and if cleaners determine smoking has taken place, a $250 penalty will be charged.
