The suite also offers high-speed internet, central air conditioning, and in-suite laundry machines for added convenience. We're happy to deliver a Pack 'N Play Crib for a one-time fee of $40. The apartment is minutes away from Disney World's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios. The hotel is right off the number 482, with easy access to a great selection of restaurants, shopping spots, and entertainment. Nearby family attractions include Universal Studios at 3 miles, SeaWorld at 4 miles, Walt Disney World at 7 miles, EPCOT at 11 miles, Hollywood Studios at 12 miles, and Magic Kingdom Park at 13 miles. The fitness center is currently undergoing renovations and is temporarily unavailable. To help ensure a safe and trusted experience for all guests, ID verification may be required after booking. There are noise monitoring devices that are triggered if there's a high noise level in the apartment to ensure all guests remain respectful to those around them. The apartment is supplied with well-appointed amounts of linens and towels, and we kindly ask guests to maximize the use of these items. Regular turn-down service is not provided, but additional items can be delivered upon request. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property and risk of a fine. Please check-out on time, as late departures will result in a fine for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property, and any evidence of pets will result in a fine. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited in our home. The suite offers high-speed internet and a comfortable living area, making it remote work-friendly. A laptop computer is not included. SECURITY DEPOSIT A $100 refundable security deposit is required to be paid a day before check-in to cover any incidental charges or damages. This deposit will be fully refunded within 10 business days after checkout, pending a room inspection. By proceeding with your booking, you agree to the terms regarding the security deposit.
