Parties, events, and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around the property and risk a fine. Late departures will result in a fine for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property, and any evidence of pets will result in a fine. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited. There are noise monitoring devices that are triggered if there's a high noise level in the apartment to ensure all guests remain respectful to those around them. The fitness center is currently undergoing renovations and is temporarily unavailable. The apartment is supplied with well-appointed amounts of linens and towels, and additional items can be delivered upon request. SECURITY DEPOSIT A $100 refundable security deposit is required to be paid a day before check-in to cover any incidental charges or damages.
